This pattern originated in China where peonies are thought to be the king of flowers and arabesque patterns thought to be a symbol of longevity. The combination of these elements has been known as a high-class design for centuries.

Recommended paper: Excel KIKU (125k / standard thickness).
This stock is full of texture and is reminiscent of handmade paper. It is recommended for Yuzen designs (Ohmi and Miki dyeing factory designs) which consist of primarily of two colors.
